How we use it

We use these details to process payments, deliver orders, provide order updates, manage accounts, respond to requests and handle returns. We use email verification to protect access to account details and order history. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from order and account emails.

Services that help run the store

Our store uses Medusa for commerce and account management, Vercel for the storefront, and Cloudflare for network and image delivery. Stripe processes payments; payment card details are submitted to Stripe through its payment form. Resend delivers our emails. Delivery and fulfilment partners receive the order and address information needed to prepare and deliver your parcel. These services may process data outside the country where you live.

Cookies and analytics

Essential store cookies keep your cart and account working. They include _medusa_cart_id for your cart, _medusa_jwt for your sign-in session, _medusa_cache_id for store caching, and _medusa_pending_customer to temporarily retain signup details while your email is verified. Cart and sign-in cookies are set for up to seven days; pending signup details expire after one day.

We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and shopping activity, such as product views, searches and checkout events.
