Changed your mind? Write to us with the order number. If the order has not left us yet we cancel it and refund you in full to the original payment method.

Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; it becomes a return, below, when it reaches you.

You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be accepted, a return must be:

• unworn and unused, in the condition it arrived in;
• in its original packaging;
• accompanied by the order number as proof of purchase.

Email us first. We reply with a return authorisation number (RMA). Write the RMA and your order number on the outside of the parcel, send it to the address below, and email us the tracking number once it is on its way. Parcels without an RMA cannot be accepted or refunded, and returns must not be sent to the manufacturer.

Gift cards cannot be returned. A piece that comes back worn, damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not our error may be refunded only in part.

When your return arrives we inspect it and email you to confirm we have it, and whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your card issuer or bank decides how many days it takes to appear.

Before writing to us, three quick checks:

1. Look at the account again; refunds can post a few days after we send them.
2. Ask your card issuer. Many hold a refund for a processing period before it shows.
3. Ask your bank the same question.

Done all three and still nothing? Email info@tiesecret.com with the order number and we will trace it.

We exchange a piece when it arrives defective or damaged. Email us first, with the order number and a photo, and we will send the RMA. Post it to the return address above with a note of your order number inside, and email us the tracking number once it is on its way.

You pay the cost of sending a return to us, and it is not refunded. Where a refund is due, the original shipping cost, if any, is deducted from it.

Use a tracked service. We cannot guarantee that we receive a parcel we cannot trace, and for anything over $75 we recommend insuring it as well.
